Angel Tootsie Roll Old World Christmas Ornament

Inside Art is an Old World Christmas classic, what this means is that it is painted with a brush on the inside of the ornament, not on the outside. I'm not sure how someone has done this, but it is a thing that Old World Christmas does.
Hand painted glass ornament depicts an angel in the sky. This ornament is blown in the shape of a tootsie roll. Ornament is red with paint on the interior.
