Sempervivums are wonderfully cold-hardy, color-changing succulents. Many varieties are green during the warmer months and develop gorgeous shades of red, purple, burgundy, gold, and more as the seasons change. Their colors can be especially spectacular in fall, winter, and spring.

Sempervivums are perfect for planting in clusters. As they grow, the mother plant produces offsets, or “chicks,” each spring, allowing your collection to multiply and fill in beautifully.

• Water: Allow soil to dry between waterings
• Indoor growing: Place in a sunny window and water only when dry
• Easy to grow and low maintenance
