Vintage MCM Creart Italy Lourdes 3D Plate. This is absolutely gorgeous! Made in Italy this 3D plate is full of beautiful detail and color. The plate has a faux wood grain background with an intricate white church, trees, birds, waterfall and of course Lady Lourdes with a pretty gold patterned border.
