Sempervivum ‘Rocknoll Rosette’ is a beautiful seasonal color-changer that adds gorgeous color and texture to rock gardens, containers, succulent beds, and borders. It has a lovely green base and develops striking red and gold tones when grown in bright sunlight.

This hardy Hens & Chicks variety forms compact rosettes and produces new offsets, or “chicks,” on stolons. Leave the chicks attached to create a beautiful, tidy cluster, or remove and transplant them to expand your collection or share with friends.

Sempervivums do most of their growing during spring and summer. They are incredibly frost hardy and can happily overwinter beneath an insulating blanket of snow. Avoid heavy, prolonged moisture and standing water, as overly wet conditions can lead to rot.
