Soft Line Sempervivum Hens & Chicks Succulent – 4 Inch Pot

Soft Line is a uniquely beautiful Sempervivum with rosettes entirely covered in soft, downy hairs that give them a lovely dove-grey appearance. Pink tints add seasonal interest throughout the year, and in late summer through fall, mature plants send up stalks of light pink flowers that deepen to lavender — a stunning display that attracts bees and butterflies.

Like all Sempervivums, Soft Line forms dense colonies through offsets (“chicks”) that grow around the mother plant. Note that Sempervivum is monocarpic — the main rosette will eventually expire after blooming, but the chicks will quickly fill in the space left behind.
