This is a lovely vintage red tissue box cover or tissue box holder. I put this under bathroom accessories, but it really can be used in any room of your house. I have one in turquoise that is in my bedroom on my nightstand. They really are multi room accessories. It is a gold metal mesh base with little "ball " feet.
The tissue box slides in the side door what swivels open and then latches when the box is inside. The flowers have detail on them , so I lightly distressed them once I was done painting. I think it adds to the overall vintage look nicely.it fits around a normal sized box of tissue or Kleenex. It really dresses up a normally boring tissue box.
I think you need one. tee hee! The tissue does not come with the holder, it was my prop.
