Perennials - Dianthus

Wonderful border plants and container plants. Long blooming and with a clove-like frangrance, these flowers bring pollinators to the yard and are deer resistant. 

Dianthus is a genus of flowering plants that is closely related to the carnation family, with many of the same characteristics. Both are members of the Caryophyllaceae family, so they share a similar look and feel.
