Starting a cool cucumber green, Rock N Grow Coraljade Proven Winner Sedum has blooms that slowly turn a soft pink and coral pink until frost! These blooms are a favorite among beneficial pollinators and butterflies! The perfect stonecrop for fall flowering. Rich green leaves are topped by citron green buds that open to soft coral pink later in the season. Forms a beautiful dome of flowers.
Performs best in full sun and poor to average, well-drained soil. Does not require supplemental water. Do not fertilize. Not particular about soil type and can also tolerate poor or rocky soils with ease.
In fact, Sedum grown in organically rich soil are actually lanky and weak stemmed. These adaptable, hardy perennials bloom from late summer through autumn. These deer and rabbit-resistant plants require very little maintenance and even not requiring fertilizer. Pest and disease-free, Sedum benefit from division every few years and removing of dead debris each early spring.
